This was my second visit to this Kohl's. It's a nice enough store, but I mainly shop clearance for clothes and there was very little here. What little was there seemed geared toward a larger, more mature woman. I personally prefer the Kohl's in Crestwood.
Polite employees. They are very busy today and seem shorthanded. Theres just a couple employeess helping a dozen customers. I called ahead to get a pair of shoes here because their online inventory said they had my size. The shoe dept employee told me they had one size under but not my size. I asked him to hold it and came anyway and found my size on the shelf right where there were supposed to be. Must've been overlooked but I dont blame the guy they're very busy today.
Prices were amazing!!! Customer service was A++. All registers were open and available. Store was clean and wasn't crowded. Enjoyed my mommy daughter time at Kohl's.
Great place to shop for kids and adult clothes, shoes, etc. Always running promotions and email coupons. A very friendly and clean place. A great shopping experience and quality brand name products at moderate prices.
