I looked at about 4 things that I wanted and they had nothing in stock that I wanted I had to get something I didn’t really want and also our stuff was supposed to be here today but there truck didn’t come... would not recommend this place at all.
Loved the showroom and so easy to work with the people here. We ordered a sectional and found out our room wasn't quite big enough after we measured again. Called and spoke to our sales rep who quickly changed our order. Quick delivery of in stock items. Great experience. We'll definitely be back.
Their installers just destroyed a new bunk bed they were attempting to install in our house. They left an opening to the bunk bed against a wall, blocked the actual bed, and stripped the holes in the bottom bed rails, making them useless. They are now coming back in 5 days, and offering no compensation even though my wife or I will have to take off work to be home for them to install the replacement pieces for the parts that THEIR installers destroyed.
Never buy furniture from this store, and be careful what you are charged for, because I bought leather sofas from them, I was charged $159 for leather protection plan NOT being told, I just saw at home that when I looked in the invoice. In fact this protection plan is not covering almost anything. For leather sofas they had to give me maintenance kit, which they didn't. Within 1 year the sofas' paint was coming out. 1,5 year after I bought the sofas, I called the repair service (which I was charged for), a technician came home, inspected the sofas, after that they didn't call me back.
Beautiful furniture, salesperson very helpful however I wanted to venture off on my own to browse, but salesperson followed me around.
So, make you conclusion if it is worth to buy from them the leather furniture with protection plan that is covering only peeling and cracking.
The second time when my baby wrote on one of the sofa's seats they told me that they will not cover the repair, and I have to pay $402.87 for repairing the part. (and again they don't call you back after technician comes to inspect the furniture. It is up to you if you want to find out something about the process, you have to call them)
